Who we are
This policy explains how MS DEV (Modern Stack Development) ("MS DEV", "we", "us") handles personal data when you use our website and our apps. It applies to this website and to our apps:
- IBANy (Android)
- Off-plan (Odoo module)
- Leasing (Odoo module)
Data we collect
When you contact us. If you use a form on this website, we collect your name, email address, the topic or app you choose, and your message.
When you use the website. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and request logs to deliver and secure the site. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam, which processes signals about your browser to confirm you're human. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
When you use our apps. Each app collects only the data it needs to work. This can include account details you provide, such as name and email address, content you create in the app, and technical data such as device model, OS version and crash reports. The data each app collects is also shown in its Data safety section on Google Play.
Odoo modules. Our Odoo modules, such as Off-plan and Leasing, run inside your own Odoo database. Data you enter in them stays in your Odoo instance and is not sent to us. If you give us access to your instance for installation or support, we only use it for that purpose.
How we use data
- To provide, maintain and improve our apps and website.
- To reply to your messages and support requests.
- To keep our services secure and to prevent fraud and abuse.
- To meet legal obligations.
We don't sell personal data, and we don't use it for targeted advertising.
Third-party services
We use service providers who process data on our behalf, only to provide their service to us: Cloudflare for hosting, security and spam protection (privacy policy), and Google Play for app distribution (privacy policy). Messages you send through our forms are delivered by Cloudflare's email service to our inbox at Zoho Mail (privacy policy).
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months. App account data is kept until you delete your account, after which it is removed within 30 days, unless we must keep some records for longer by law.
Security
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS. We encrypt stored data where our providers support it, limit access to the people who need it, and keep our software up to date.
Your rights and data deletion
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and you can delete your account in any of our apps at any time. To make a request, use the support page and choose the app. We respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Our apps and website are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we notify you in the app or by email.
